Release and Indemnity Waiver

I agree that for the sole consideration of participation in LAAP’s Drumming Program, for which or in connection with which Amir Ziv and/or his agents have made available any equipment, facilities, grounds or personnel, I waive, release, indemnify, and discharge Amir Ziv, his representatives, agents, and employees, and the property owner, its family, guests, invitees and lessees of the grounds and facilities, of any and from all liability, claims, demands, damages, expenses, attorneys’ fees, rights and causes of action of any nature arising from and by reason of any bodily or personal injury, damage to property, or any other injuries, losses or penalties to myself or third parties, and the consequence thereof, resulting from my participation in or in any way connected with LAAP’s Drumming Program. Such waiver, release, and indemnity shall apply regardless of any negligence on the part of Amir Ziv, his, representatives, agents, and employees, and the property owner, its family, guests, invitees and lessees of the grounds and facilities. I have read the above carefully before signing.
